Privacy Policy

 Effective Date: June 28, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Faith 1st Solutions PLLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, maintains, and protects information collected from users (each, a "User") of our website ("Site"), as well as information handled during the course of providing Certified Legal Nurse Consultant (CLNC) and Notary Signing Agent (NSA) services in the State of Texas. We operate in strict compliance with federal and state data protection laws, including the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) governing financial privacy, the Texas Identity Theft Enforcement and Protection Act (Texas Business & Commerce Code Chapter 521), and the National Notary Association (NNA) Signing Specialist Code of Conduct.

1. Information We Collect

We handle two distinct categories of information:

  • Website Visitor & Client Portal Data: We collect personal identification information when Users interact with our Site, schedule appointments, or make payments. This includes names, email addresses, phone numbers, billing addresses, and payment details.
  • Professional Service Data (NSA & CLNC): In the course of executing loan signings and nurse consulting, we are exposed to highly sensitive Non-Public Personal Information (NPPI) and private information provided by law firms, title companies, and lenders. This includes Social Security numbers, financial histories, loan numbers, property info, and medical or legal records.

2. How We Use Collected Information

  • To Manage Bookings and Communications: We use client details to schedule, modify, or confirm appointments.
  • To Process Payments: We use financial billing data strictly to process transactions for services rendered.
  • To Deliver Professional Services: Sensitive data contained within loan packages or legal consulting files is used exclusively by Faith 1st Solutions PLLC to perform the requested signing or case review. We never use professional service data for marketing or profiling.

3. Sharing, Processing, and Third-Party Integrations

We maintain a zero-selling policy. We do not sell, trade, or rent personal information to third parties. To run our business operations securely, Faith 1st Solutions PLLC securely transmits specific data to trusted third-party service providers who are also bound by strict confidentiality standards:

  • Microsoft Business Premium: Used for secure email communication, document storage, and business productivity. We maintain a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) to ensure the highest standards of data protection. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
  • Acuity Scheduling: Used to collect user contact info and manage appointment bookings.
  • QuickBooks Online: Used for business accounting, invoicing, and tax record management.
  • Stripe: Used to securely process credit and debit card transactions. All payment processing is encrypted and adheres strictly to Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS). Financial account numbers are handled directly by Stripe and are never stored on our local systems.
  • Authorized Parties: We only disclose professional service data to the authorized hiring party (e.g., the specific law firm, title company, signing service, or lender) as required to complete the assignment, or when legally compelled by a Texas court subpoena.

4. Texas Compliance, Data Protection, and Destruction Protocols

In accordance with Texas Business & Commerce Code § 521.052, Faith 1st Solutions PLLC implements advanced physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to secure sensitive data and ensure its proper destruction:

  • Immediate Digital Deletion: Electronic loan packages or legal case files downloaded to our systems via Microsoft Business Premium are used strictly for printing or active review. All electronic file packages are permanently and securely deleted from local hard drives and temporary folders immediately after printing or assignment completion.
  • Physical Security & Document Disposal: Hard-copy documents containing personal information are kept under physical lock and key at all times while in our possession. They are never left unattended and are transferred directly to authorized couriers (e.g., FedEx/UPS) or returned directly to the retaining law firm. Any misprints or leftover documents containing sensitive data are immediately destroyed using a secure micro-cut shredder.
  • Texas Notary Journals: In compliance with Texas notary laws, official notary journals are kept strictly confidential and physically secured under lock and key to prevent unauthorized public viewing.
